Are Masks and Vaccinations required? (Covid Policy)
We are requiring masks for all attendees at our event. We are also requiring our Guests, Panelist, Volunteers, and Staff be fully vaccinated.
Please visit our COVID Polcy here.
Where can I buy a Kids badge?
Tickets on sale with registration tickets.
Children under the age of 6 years are free to attend as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who has a valid Adult registration.
Attendees 6 to 12 years old must purchase a Child registration and be accompanied by at least one adult with responsibility over the child at all times on the premises.
The supervising adult must also have a valid Adult registration as well.
How do I apply to sell my items in the Artist Alley/Dealers Room?
We love working with different vendors to bring their wares to our attendees. As we are a smaller event, our space fills up quickly. Due to this, we choose to use a juried selection. This allows us to go through the many applications and choose vendors to join us for the year.
We thank you all for your interest! Please check on vendors page throughout the year to see when the booths open for applications.
Do you have a weapons check?
We understand that props/replicas can really round out a costume. Our rules are in place to make sure that all our attendees have a safe fun environment. Please be sure to have your weapon check at weapons check near the registration table.
Please visit the “RULES” page for more information.
I have accessility concerns who can I reach out to?
We work hard to maintain a safe environment for all of our attendees. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at [email protected] with any questions or requests. See something wrong? Please let us know! Stop anyone with a Staff button and we will be happy to help, or stop by the registration desk and they can help you.
